This is our Large Office / Work, storage Unit (25.5ft x 20.2ft) over 2 x the size of our smaller LB Units and over 3X The size of our LS Units. This room unit is approx 515 sq feet one of the big benefits is that it has an electric roller shutter, so you can load bigger items in it. (like a pallet for example)

Every unit comes with 13 amp electrical outlets inside and internal lighting.  it is completely insulated so it will not get so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, and could be used to store wine etc.    

This unit is also great to use if you have a small business and need an office for your self and someone else, or you have a small eCommerce biz and you need some storage space and some room to pack orders. We also have one even being used as a small personal gym. 

Every unit comes with LED downlights in the ceiling and 4 x 240v sockets with separate Domestic consumer unit/fuse board for every room. Each unit comes with a window in the door.
