Why Container Self Storage?
Container Self-storage is a cost-effective way to safely store your belongings, saving you up to 50 per cent on the cost of renting storage in regular self-storage warehouses.  

Is my property safe?
Each customer has their own high security, registered lock, for their storage unit. The site is gated with 24/7 onsite security.

Is my property protected from the elements?
all of our containers are brand new watertight 20ft shipping container units, with multiple vents that allow the container to breathe and help eliminate condensation that you find in old shipping containers.  

What can I store?
Within reason most things. Furniture, household appliances, office equipment, personal effects, excess stock, documentation, files, clothes, plant equipment for tradesman, boats, cars etc. What we won't store is anything inflammable, perishable, stolen or illegal.

How much space will I need and when can I access my unit?
As a rough guide, our 20ft shipping containers can accommodate the contents of a medium sized 3/4 bedroom house or around Six Transit van loads, You have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Will, I need a trolly/barrow or need to go upstairs ?
Unlike conventional self-storage sites, all of our units are located on the ground floor, and you can back your car or van directly up to the unit. but if you do need one we have pallet jacks, trolleys and barrows on site for you to use free of charge, we even have a forklift on site you can use for a small fee.     

What is the minimum hire period and what notice do you require?
The minimum rental period is 4 weeks, after which only one week's notice of leaving is required before the end of your next 4-week block.

Are there any other charges?
A security deposit £100 is paid on signing the licence. This is fully refundable when leaving the unit in a clean and tidy condition. if you need one of our padlocks there is a £50 deposit for that also but on the return of padlock and key this will also be refunded.

Is there a maximum stay period?
No. You can stay as long as you have a need and pre-payment discounts are available for those staying longer than six months.
