This is our Small Office / Work, storage Unit (14ft x 10ft) This room unit is slightly smaller than one of our 20ft storage containers (a 20ft container is 160sq feet, and this room is 140sq feet) but the big benefit of this unit is that you can work in it as containers are for storage only.
Every unit comes with 13 amp electrical outlets inside and internal lighting. The other big plus is that it is completely insulated, with a shipping container on hot summers days it will get very hot inside, but with this room, it will not get so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, and could be used to store wine etc.
This unit is also great to use if you have a small business and need an office for your self and someone else, or you have a small eCommerce biz and you need some storage space and room to pack orders. We also have one even being used as a small personal gym.
Every unit comes with LED downlights in the ceiling and 4 x 240v sockets with separate Domestic consumer unit/fuse board for every room. Each unit comes with a window in the door.
